Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PixelWall.lol ("the Service"), a digital advertising and placement platform operated by the site operator ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you purchase a placement ("spot") on a shared visual wall and associate it with an image and a destination URL. A spot is a promotional placement, not real property, equity, a security, or a token.

2. Purchases and payment

Spots are paid for in USDT on the TRON network. The payable amount is displayed before payment and fixed to your order. A spot is only reserved once selected and only activated after we verify the corresponding on-chain payment (correct network, token contract, destination address, amount, and confirmations). You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network; on-chain mistakes may be unrecoverable.

3. Your content

You represent that you own or are licensed to use the logo and content you upload, and that your destination URL and its content are lawful. You grant us a licence to display your logo and brand name on the wall, on your spot page, and in Service marketing.

4. Acceptable use

Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may disable a spot, remove a logo, block a destination, or suspend an account that violates it, and where we do so for a violation no refund is owed.

5. Duration

Your purchased spot remains active unless removed under the Acceptable Use Policy, required by law, or unless the Service is discontinued. We do not guarantee the Service will operate indefinitely.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the content or conduct of any linked destination. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the spot at issue.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
